CONTAINER LOADING PROCEDURES
Containers must be pre-booked for loading at least 3 days in
advance or as determined or scheduled by us at time
of purchase. Average time for
loading is 2-4 hours per container depending on product
specifications and or classifications. We are in no way
responsible for time delays, trucking overtime fees, loss of
sales, or any other such inconveniences directly or
indirectly related to loading and
time delays in container loading. All containers are loaded and
checked 100% and are free of any damages. Please see PRODUCT
SHIPPING, INSPECTION, DAMAGE AND LOSS section below for more
details.
CARGO
LOADING PROCEDURES It is
the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange proper pick up as
per our scheduling requirements. We are in no way responsible for
late pick up or cancellations by cargo companies and restocking
fees apply for late pick ups of over 1 week from scheduled pick
up. Stock left for over 1 week from agreed pick up date is penalty
for up to $100 per day not to exceed $500 per week in
consideration of weekends. All cargo is loaded and checked 100%
and is free of any damages. Please see PRODUCT SHIPPING,
INSPECTION, DAMAGE AND LOSS section below for more details.
PRODUCT
SHIPPING, INSPECTION, DAMAGE AND LOSS
Purchaser acknowledges that goods are working according to the
manufacturers specifications. 100% of all merchandise is fully
tested before packed and shipped from manufacturer. Goods shipped
via third party carriers (UPS, FedEx, US Mail, Local Delivery,
etc…) must be inspected by third party upon receipt. Any damages
found must be immediately reported to third party carrier and the
seller. Seller does not
warrant items damaged by mishandling and/or during shipment. Any
claims for such damage must be made to/thru third party carrier.
Buyer shall pay all transportation charges and any additional
charges for special packaging which the buyer requests.
